I am researching helod-c (common earthworm). I've read the proving, the clinical notes and Louis Klein's chapter on the Tetanus Miasm in his book, "Miasms and Nosodes" vol. I.

Earthworms use sand (SiO2) in their "gizzard" to grind up their food. The remedy was made from an entire earthworm. Therefore, we should see aspects of Sil. AND of the earthworm (invertebrates) in the remedy. I searched in CR and found that Helod-c shares 67% of its rubrics with Sil (1095/1638). That seems like a large percentage, even with Sil. being a polychrest.
If you have a sensitive Sil patient (or a gemstone) who has issues feeling small & vulnerable (like a worm :-), violated (to impending mandated jabs), or who has issues with their spinal discs (earthworms are mostly made of collagen as are our discs), you may find this information useful.
I personally experienced what the provers described as an intense jolt-like spasm in a coin-sized spot (R ribs radiating around to scapula), with sensations of compression (weigh on vertex, compression of shoulder & right ribcage), agg by the least movement, yawning, eructations. The spot felt tender & "neuralgic" and between jolts, it pulsed & faded. I had taken helod-c a few years ago and recognized the state it put me in the first few days (immobilized). Helod-c, 30c stopped the jolt-spasm immediately and the tenderness resolved over the next several hours. One dose lasted a week, and when the tender spot returned, another dose banished it and it has not returned.
Klein lists helod-c as one of the "main remedies" for the "Tetanus Miasm," which I can't find much written about. You'd think that there'd be more published cases of "chronic tetanus" (as he calls it), especially post-tetanus-vaccination reactions in sensitive persons. I've not found any, yet, but would appreciate any input. Especially on damage to the nervous system and neuro symptoms. Why would he cite LSD as a main remedy for tetanus?
If there are any further suggestions on comparing the two remedies in a systematic way, I'd love to hear them. (By only highest grade symptoms? By SRPs? By commonalities versus differences? Not sure how to approach it.)
I'd also really appreciate if anyone has access to Scholten's "Minerals in Plants" learning which plants are high in Silica.
And if anyone wants to discuss Kleins books, we can start a new thread. They are among my favorites, especially for the clarity of writing in the introductory section of Vol. I.
Thanks for listening.
