A Slavic family with what might be called "Bad Inheritance." Kallmann's Disease in several male members of most recent generation, with undeveloped genitals, delayed puberty & sterility (hormones required), complete anosmia or diminished smell, cleft palate. Gigantism, alcoholism, diabetes mellitus on paternal side. Extraordinary amount of moles, skin tags. Maternal side with hip disease (joints just disintegrate), heart disease, cancer (melanoma). Three of mother's siblings died with ALS. One male born with club feet, others walked on toes as children. By far, majority of children in each generation are male. From an isolated town in mountains of Europe where two family surnames predominate, assuming generations of intermarriage among related persons. The only member of the family using homeopathy has been prescribed and responded well to Calc-s (constitutional) & Rhus-t (acutes). After retirement, Aurum.
Thoughts on the family picture??

arrested development would be moving from the sycotic towards the syphilitic miasm

Calc sulph is considered to be in the ringworm miasm (between psora and sycotis) and Rhus tox in the typhoid miasm (between acute and psora) and Aurum is syphilitic.
Diabetes is quite mixed miasm and apart from the sycotic influence on moles and skin tags (over production) the other states suggest syphilitic.
